Film-coated tablets containing tadalafil 20 mg are used to treat the signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia and to treat erectile dysfunction. *Doses: To be taken not less than 30 minutes before expected sexual activity as a single dose and not more than once a day. *Contraindicated in patients taking nitrates due to possible severe hypotension.
