Erectile Dysfunction:
Oral Tablets: 20 mg taken approximately 60 minutes before sexual activity; dosage range: 5 to 20 mg; taken as a single dose and not more than once per day; maximum daily dose: 20 mg.
Orally Disintegrating Tablets: 20 mg administered 60 minutes before sexual activity; maximum: 20 mg per day.
Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension:
Oral: 5 mg once daily for 4 weeks, then increased to 5 mg twice daily.
Raynaud’s Disease:
Oral: 10 mg twice daily.
