ضعف الانتصاب: عن طريق الفم: أقراص: 10 ملغ يؤخذ ~ 60 دقيقة قبل النشاط الجنسي ؛ نطاق الجرعات: 5 إلى 20 ملغ ؛ تؤخذ كجرعة واحدة ولا تؤخذ أكثر من مرة في اليوم ؛ 20 ملغ كحد أقصى يومياً ، أما الأقرص المتحلله عن طريق الفم: 10 ملغ تدار قبل 60 دقيقة من النشاط الجنسي ؛ الحد الأقصى: 10 ملغ يومياً. -أرتفاع ضغط الدم الشرياني الرئوي: عن طريق الفم: 5 مجم مرة واحدة يومياً لمدة 4 أسابيع ، ثم تزيد إلى 5 مجم مرتين يومياً. -مرض رينود: عن طريق الفم: 10 مجم مرتين يومياً.
