Fluticasone Furoate (100 mcg) — an inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) that reduces inflammation in the airways.

Umeclidinium Bromide (62.5 mcg) — a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA / anticholinergic), which relaxes and widens the airways by blocking acetylcholine effects in the airway muscles.

Vilanterol (25 mcg) — a long-acting beta-2 adrenergic agonist (LABA), which also relaxes airway muscles and helps keep airways open.The idea of combining these three is to provide inflammation reduction + bronchodilation (airway opening) + maintenance of airway openness, aiming for better long-term control of chronic airway disease.
