Oral dispersion films containing tadalafil 10 mg “phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor” used to treat signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia and to treat erectile dysfunction. * Dose at least 30 minutes before expected sexual activity as a single dose and no more often than once daily. * Contraindicated for patients taking nitrates due to the potential for severe hypotension.
