How to Wear:

1. Wrap the support around the waist, ensuring that the four stays are on either side of the spine.
2. Adjust to the desired level of compression and secure the hook and loop closure at the front of the support.
3. Pull the elastic reinforcement straps to tighten, then fasten them to the front of the support.
