Usage

Apply freely – always use about 7 teaspoons per use!
Always apply 20 minutes before heading into the sun and leave it to dry.
Resubmit the application, resubmit the application, resubmit the application! Every two hours (or more often after swimming, using a towel or sweating).
Cover up with a hat, long-sleeved shirt, and sunglasses.
Stay calm, and seek shade especially between 10am and 3pm.
